The 2518 is the top of the line in the Cuda top-load parts washers. Built to withstand the harsh demands of everyday use, it comes standard with a time-tested chain drive assembly and a virtually maintenance-free sealess pump. Extra-easy access to the sump and removable debris screen set it apart from other top-loaders on the market. The Cuda 2518 Series has a 500-lb. load capacity, a 25-inch turntable diameter and 18-inch working height.
Nine, 3/16" spray nozzles produce a powerful jet-cleaning action to blast away dirt grease and grime from parts.
Automatic low water shut-off enhances safety and protects the heating element by automatically turning the unit off if the water level drops too low.
Removable debris screen prevents small parts from falling into the sump during wash cycle.
Vertical seal-less pump– positive flow and no vibrations; easy to service when needed
Easy access sump cover permits quick and easy cleaning of the parts washer.
Oil skimmer automatically removes and collects free oils; prolongs life of wash water (standard feature).
Built-in wheels allow the parts washer to be moved easily about the shop.

Features

Automatic Oil Skimmer

With stainless steel disc and wiper blades, the skimmer effectively removes oil and grease from the cleaning solution to prolong the life, and to provide a means for convenient oil and grease disposal.

The easy access sump cover permits quick and easy cleaning of the Cuda parts washer

Control Panel

All Cuda top-load parts washers have simple control panels for the heater, wash cycle operation, as well as a low-water shut-off indicator.

Removable Debris Screen

The patented front access debris screen filters debris particles from the wash solution to ensure clear spray nozzle operation, and also provides a safeguard against small parts that might accidentally be washed through from the cleaning chamber. The debris screen is standard on the Cuda 2518 and Cuda 2412 series.
